We aim for excellence in our food production.  Our policy is to use only the finest ingredients from carefully selected suppliers, thereby ensuring that our biscuits are of the highest quality.  These ingredients are weighed and mixed in precise quantities to tried and tested recipes.  The biscuits are deposited and moulded by our modern machines but utilising the same principles pioneered over a century ago.  Our state of the art ovens then bake our biscuits to a pre-set formula to achieve consistent results.

All of our biscuits are free of ingredients derived from genetically modified crops and are suitable for vegetarians.
