UK Delivery / Shipping Cost

Orders to UK mainland need to be placed before 12pm Mon-Fri, orders placed after this time will generally processed the next working day.

Our courier will normally deliver between 7am – 6pm Mon-Fri

Orders usually take 3-5 working days.

Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout.


UK Highlands & Islands

We are pleased to able to offer delivery to those parts of the UK that are just that bit harder to reach. These areas however come with a slightly increased shipping cost.

Shipping costs for your selected area will be calculated at checkout.

Shipping times will be 3-7 working days.

Click & Collect

For our local customers or those passing by our bakery shop are pleased to offer a Click and Collect service. Collection will be confirmed when your order has been processed. Collection is during shop hours, Mon-Fri 9am-5pm.

International Delivery

We are sorry but we do not currently offer an international delivery service. We are constantly reviewing our offering so please keep an eye on our website for future updates.

Can I alter my order?

Once your order has been confirmed we are unable to add or remove items. We advise you to place a new order. 

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order provided that we have not processed the order and it has been dispatched for delivery.

Please inform us in writing to your request to cancel to our team. If you decide to cancel your order and we confirm we can do so, we will reimburse the card that you used to place the order. We will make reimbursements no later than 30 days after we have confirmed your request.

Out of Stock & Substitutes

In the rare event that any items are out of stock at the point of order processing one of our team will contact you to organise a suitable substitute.

From time-to-time packaging designs are updated and may be slightly different from website imagery. In these circumstances, we reserve the right to send you identical products in slightly different packaging to those pictured.

Damages & Issues

We take every effort to ensure that your order is carefully packed to ensure it arrives with you in the best condition.

In the unlikely event that your goods arrive damaged in transit or are not as expected. Please contact us immediately in writing to stating your order reference and providing evidence of any damage or issues identified. Our team will then assess and make it right where necessary.


In line with Distance Selling Regulations due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept general returns or exchanges.


Any refunds will be the full discretion of Moores Biscuits and will be actioned no later than 30 days after confirmation.
